Hi,

The general procedure is

1. Create Rough-cut Planning - MC88

2. Create PIR - MC74

( Transfer Material to Demand Management)

3. Create Planned order - MD02

Manual creation of Planned order - MD11

4. Convert Planned order to Production order ( Collective) - CO41

Individual conversion of Planned order to Production order - CO40

5. Release Production order - CO02

6. GI for order - MB1A - Movement type - 261

7. GR for order - MB31- Movement type - 101

8. Order Confirmation - CO15

9. Updating RG1 register -J1I5

10. Comparing planned / actual cost - CO03 - >GOTO->costs - > analysis.

What is given above is an idea. There are various other tcodes used depending upon the scenario / requirement.
