hybris marketing On Prem integration with S/4 HANA

1. Do we have OOTB integration for S/4 Hana integration with hybris Marketing On Prem (1702) for the following:
   1. Customers (S4H->yMKT)
   2. Products (S4H->yMKT)
   3. Transactions (S4H->yMKT)
   4. Budget planning ( Projects in S4H i.e. yMKT->S4H)
   5. Actual spends sharing (S4H->yMKT)
2. If we do not have OOTB capability for the above, than what is the recommended approach?
3. Do we have this in On Prem road map

Hi Aditya,

For planning, we don't have an integration with S/4HANA. We currently only have an integration with SAP ERP. Note that the integration with SAP ERP is not sending the budget to SAP ERP. A project is created for each campaign that is released and a WBS element for each spend item of a campaign. It is not related to Budget Plans app. Details are explained in our online documentation

If customers want to have an integration, they can use our OData API to bring the actual and committed spend to SAP Hybris Marketing. Details in

We have it on our roadmap but I cannot provide timelines at this point.

I went through the integration guide for section for bringing in actuals. The following prequsites are there:

"Prerequisites

You have enabled the export of spend data to SAP ERP. For more information, see Exporting Spend Data to SAP ERP [page 15].

You have set up the SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud- SAP ERP Actual and Committed Spend integration package in SAP HANA Cloud Integration at https://cloudintegration.hana.ondemand.com/.

You have configured the communication scenario Marketing - Business Data Integration in SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud.

You have installed the latest version of the SAP CLOUD CUST ERP INTEGR 2.0 product in SAP ERP that contains the COD_ERP_INT 600 component. For information about this product and the CODERINT 600 add-on, see the corresponding documentation on SAP Service Marketplace at https://support.sap.com/software/patches/a-z-index.htmlCSAP CLOUD CUST ERP INTEGR 2.0.

You have the authorization to run the CUAN_ERP_MSM_EXTRACT_ACTUAL report in SAP ERP."

I believe these prequsites would not be applicable for S4H.

Niether the report " CUAN_ERP_MSM_EXTRACT_ACTUAL" will be available in S4H.

We need to built a similar report in S4H and call the APIs in the report. These APIs are same as the one in ERP report "

CUAN_ERP_MSM_EXTRACT_ACTUAL"

CUAN_ERP_MSM_EXTRACT_ACTUAL Report is required to execute in Hybris Marketing to Import the actual and committed spend. The Report should be avalable in yMkt.

Hi Aditya,

As mentioned already, we don't have an integration with S/4HANA, so I cannot comment yet on what would be the prerequistes for this integration. The documentation is solely for our integration for SAP ERP. I cannot comment on any design nor architecture for this integration at this point.
