Can you have safety stock in consignments?

Is there any way to setup MIN-MAX parameters in a consignment?

The next example is what we are trying to accomplish:

In a consignment 001 we have material A with MIN of 3 units and MAX of 5 units.

Currently we have 4 units in the consignment stock. After issue a KE for 2 units out of the consignment we ended up having 2 units. Then in the next MRP run we should have a KB fill up for 3 units in order to reach out MAX levels at the consignment.

If this is not possible using consignments what is your suggestion for working automatically with MRP for this example?

We are talking about 10 consignments with 200-300 SKU each, we want to have an automatic trigger for fulfill all demand.
