Hi friends,

I ahve one isssue:

Sales order qty:10

Billed qty:4

But in output, it takes order qty 10.

Why?any reason?

Can u advice?

i think that the Output was configured for the sales order and not for the billing document , please check the out put configuration whether it is configured for the sales order or billing

Hi

As already stated, the output could be a sales output for sales order document type and you are lookign into that assuming as a billing document.

Else

The billing output program is actually fetching the quantity from sales order document and not from invoice document.

One of these needs to be true. Please check the program with the help of a technical guy.

You can also debug the program using the program RSNAST00 and then analyse where it is pickign the quantity, and then rectify the problem.
