Hi experts!
I have the following issue. I'll try to explain the best:
A dashboard was created in Lumira. The dashboard contains 4 views and only three of them has input parameters. When the dashboard is executed (refreshed via BO launchpad) the average of loading time is about 4 minuts (even if is executed on the BO server). All the views performs a complex selection from the database which is in HANA. The server OS is Windows Server 2012 R2 and the BO database is SQL.
We have performed SAP Support recommendations as the Lumira upgrate from SP 6 to SP 7 but that didn't solve the issue. I have done some traces from the BO launchpad, checked the OS logs in the event viewer and even an end-to-end trace on Wily Introscope. When the dashboard is refreshed brings about 30 million entries as maximum.
The whole architecture isn't supported on a NetWeaver platform. When a query with a similar selection is executed from BW (which shares the database source with BO), the query runs well and in a desirable time.
Versions:
* HANA: 1.00.122.08.1490178281 (fa/hana1sp12)
* Lumira: 1.31 Patch 6
* BI Platform: SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 7 | version 14.1.7.1853
If you need more details or you think im missing something I'll share the info as soon as possible. I'll appreciate a lot if you can help me with suggestions or sharing your troubleshooting about similar issues.
Thank's in advance and best regards.

What do you mean "The whole architecture isn't supported on a NetWeaver platform" ?
How does your BOE architecture looks like ?
Are you sized properly ?
