Issue in BD dialogue screen available quantity of first batch have all stock quantity

Dear Experts,

working on SAP R3 ECC6 with HANA DATA BASE, Process order batch deremination

after release order as per attached photo first batch 0000000216 for material R0304 Have whole quantity of stock WPRM in field available quantity compare with MMBE, below is actual quantity available for this batch shown in display BD but while dialogue BD get all quantity in first batch

also if i change requirement quantity to exceed this batch real quantity the system assign it to this batch.

please help in fast will be appreciated

If I am not mistaken then you can even open the individual section in the selection log (your 2nd screenshot), But I think you get the allocation against batch 216 since the availability is checked against the batch number and plant, not considering the storage location.

i checked my sort rule and selection and changed it taking this discussion into consideration but still problem present

i change split many times with value 999, 3 and 10 while testing but the situation is the same, your requested screenshot are below

You showed the strategy info and I can see that you only allow 2 splits, which would not be sufficient to fulfill the required quantity.

The batch numbers have no logic , the quantities of the various batches also seem to explain that they did not follow any strategy in the past. The question mark in the characteristics sorting makes me think that something is missing, can it be that your batch is not status managed? You have a characteristic LOBM_ZUSTD in your strategy, and I would expect to see the value instead of a question mark.

What do the other buttons show on information for this case?

Hi Omar,

Kindly share MMBE screen shot in UOM KAI. It seems Active ingredient of materials is considering. Also if possible share screen shots of Sort Sequnence or tell us on whihc basis sorting of batched happend in determaination of batches.

Please share screenshots of those settings so that we can understand this scenario in more details.
