Steps to Configure S/4 1610 Credit Management to Carry out SD Process

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience configuring credit management in S/4 1610 on-premise?

Receiving the following error when creating a quotation: "No credit segment assigned to credit control area ####" (UKM_PI016)

1. I then went to define a credit segment in the client using SM30 (V_UKM_CRED_SGMPI). Defined a Cr. Segment.defined-credit-segments-by-user.jpg

2. Then, I went to SM30 (V_T014_SEGMENT) and assigned the credit control area to the credit segment in the first step by typing it in. But if I search for the Cr. Segment only the system default Cr. Segments appear.credit-segments-in-the-system.jpg

3. Create Quotation again and receive following error: "Error when calling Credit Management: Error during Credit Check" (UKM_PI008)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

You should be able to select credit segment from the drop down (F4) in step 2. Investigate the reason for credit segment not appearing in down. Is credit segment getting saved in V_UKM_CRED_SGMPI.
