BW-SRM Delta Load brings too many records

I am using SRM datasources 0BBP_TD_SC_1 for loading shopping cart individual documents into BW.

When I do a delta load I am getting 100s of records for every shopping cart. If i re-initialize the datasource then for the same shopping cart I will just have 3-4 records (1 header level, 1 item level, 1 with account assignment details etc)

Either ways the data uploads correctly into the DSO.

Does the datasource behave the same way in your systems ?

I face the same issue with the datasource for Shopping cart approvals.

    Hello Guru's

    does anyone having an answer for this? We are facing the same problem.

    We have few millions of records waiting in SRM outbound queue for 0BBP_TD_SC_1 and 0BBP_TD_SC_Appr_1 but when i run the full load I could only see few thousands in BI. And the queue is not moving from SRM.

    we have SRM5.0 and BI7 enronment. much appriciated if anyone have any ideas on how to go about it.

    Hi,

    I have used this DS and not faced this issue on previous projects, I would first check on OSS that this isn't a bug that has just recently materialised. As I used SRM with BW 3.5 and SRM 7 and the delta mechanism worked correctly.

    SAP sent us the following notes but we have not applied them yet. We are following up to find out about some pre-requisites as we are still SRM_SERVER patch 6.

    Please check SAP note:-

    978637: Duplicated Entries in Shopping Cart Approval DSO

    Please implement and retest the scenario.

    In addition also go through the following notes, which will helps

    you further.

    We are experiencing the same issue, I think, The above mentioned note is applicable to the Shopping Cart Approval Process DSO and does not fix the delta load issue for the Shopping Cart - Individual Documents DSO.

    Mahita / A.S, how did you resolve this? Any response is appreciated.
