Travel & Management Scenario


There is scenario, where some employees tagged to UK company code but actually they are working in US and paying taxes in US. So, when we are doing HR master data load in ECC for UK company code, we are getting error "Country of company code GB does not fit to employment country code US".

In such scenario, is it recommended to create new US company code? Or there are some settings that can be changed in UK company code to accept employment country as US?
