Hi

We are building an application based on universe and have three drop down filters, created a separate query for LOVs for drop down values.

Data source for LOVs:

DS_LOVS

On startup : ( loading the data source, and updating Region drop down LOVs)

DS_12_LOVS.loadDataSource();

DROPDOWN_2_REGION.setItems(DS_12_LOVS.getMemberList("_I0uZVMurEeO6KMUzeJhDPQ", MemberPresentation.EXTERNAL_KEY, MemberDisplay.TEXT, 20));

Drop Down Region on select : (filtering DS and updating Division drop down LOVs)

DS_12_LOVS.setFilterExt("_I0uZVMurEeO6KMUzeJhDPQ", DROPDOWN_2_REGION.getSelectedValue());

DROPDOWN_3_DIVISION.setItems(DS_12_LOVS.getMemberList("_I0uZVsurEeO6KMUzeJhDPQ", MemberPresentation.EXTERNAL_KEY, MemberDisplay.TEXT, 100));

Drop Down Division on Select:( filtering DS and loading RM drop down)

DS_12_LOVS.setFilterExt("_I0uZVMurEeO6KMUzeJhDPQ", DROPDOWN_2_REGION.getSelectedValue());

DS_12_LOVS.setFilterExt("_I0uZVsurEeO6KMUzeJhDPQ", DROPDOWN_3_DIVISION.getSelectedValue());

DROPDOWN_4_RM.setItems(DS_12_LOVS.getMemberList("_M4QtwNBtEeOxDJJ6powuTg", MemberPresentation.EXTERNAL_KEY, MemberDisplay.TEXT, 100));

Drop Down RM on Select: (filtering data source)

DS_12_LOVS.setFilterExt("_M4QtwNBtEeOxDJJ6powuTg", DROPDOWN_4_RM.getSelectedValue());

Environment:

BI Platform: BI 4.2 SP4

Lumira Vesion: Lumira designer 2.0 SP 02

Based on Universe Query

During first run, works fine, but change filter again of region, it shows only one value of division drop down.

I referred a lot of blogs available but still no solution, Does it work on Universe based query ?

Sahil
