Execution error when executing favorite on Consumer Portal

Running Bex Queries and all its functionalities on IE.

SAP PORTAL 7.3 SP20.

Webdispatcher installed.

Affected portal: Consumer portal only (Works fine on Producer portal)

Impacted environments: DEV, INT & PROD.

When we try to run the queries on Internet Explorer, we get the following:

Creating New Variant - Result Good.

Creating new Favorite – Result Good.

Accessing and Launching newly created favorite – Result KO.

Portal Execution Error.

Contact your administrator.

We noticed that when we try to access a saved favorite via another report – Result Good.

Can anyone please help for the describe above problem?
