Footer RTF does not allow to put signature for each page

We have a ERP that print medical report using RTF.

In powerbuilder 6.5 we usually use prontheader and printfooter to print page number and mainly to print signature of each doctor. Page 1, exam X, doctor Y and his signature / Page 2, exam W, doctor Z and his signature.

prontfooter is no longer used in powebuilder 12.5 and i really don't know how to fix this issue.
