iDoc Processing

Hi

I have a requirement to setup a replacement process in SAP via a CRM system.

For each replacement I need process the following iDoc steps:

- Create Notification ( SERVICENOTIFICATION_CREATEFR01 )

- Equipment Record Change ( EQUIPMENT_CHANGE01 )

- Create Return Order ( ORDERS04 )

- Create Replacement Order ( ORDERS04 )

What is the best approach to wrapping these iDocs together?

I.e. the Return is mapped to the notification and replacement is mapped to the Return order.

Hi Jamie,

Please explain, if your secnario is like:

Data is coming from CRM system into XI and then in R/3 idocs are being processed for each replacement. Kindy confirm?

If i have understood your requirement as mentioned above, then INBOUND Proxy can be one option and other option can be using BPM.

It will be good if you could provide more details (explain) about your requirement.
