Repair Order (RAS) - Repair Procedure

Dear all,

the following repair procedure is maintained:

Result is that we can start the repair order before we receive the

Serviceable material which is perfect.....but the System should not allow us to create the outbound delivery item (IRAL) before the repair is finished...unfortunately the System allows me to manually create the outbound delivery item even though it is still in repair...does anyone has an idea if my configuration is wrong/what I have to change?
