CDHDR, CDPOS and CDCLS

Hi,

Can anyone tell me in which table are the changes made, the old and the new value, saved? Is it CDHDR, CDPOS (some thread said it was CDPOS)?

Someone said that CDCLS is a cluster. What information does it contain?

I did a trace run (sto5) of the execution of display of change documents. Under the combined table accesses view, only tables CDHDR and CDCLS were accessed. In indeed the new and old values are stored in CDPOS, then why did it not appear in the trace?

Thanks

Hi,

CDHDR and CDPOS Are the tables for change documents.

CDHDR is the Header and CDPOS is the item table.

You can't directly call the CDPOS table. Instaed you can Call the header table and then you can call the item table.

Thanks.

hi

These two tables store the Change history for all sort of changes done in the SAP system.

CDHDR - Stores the header change data, while

CDPOS - Stores the item change data.

For every change in the system, it generates a new Change Number
