BICCMS_SIDXXX job failure in source system customizing client

Hi All,

I have come across a scenario in which BW process chain job in one of my new customizing client is failing with below error.

17.09.2017 14:41:41 Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE 00 564 A

We have done client copy from 000 to new client 520. This 520 is not connected to BW in rsa1.

below are my queries ,

a. This BICMMS_SIDXXX jobs are triggered by SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP

14.09.2017 00:41:08 Job finished 00 517 S

Is this job really required to run in source system say ECC server 000/520 ( Customizing client). 600 client is defined for BW rsa1.

b. Is there any way to disable this BICMMS_SIDXXX job for 520 new client , if so please suggest.
