No permission for workflow definition

Hi,

I would like to test the workflow service of SAP CP but I do have problems with permission. I use a trial account in Neo Environment "Europe (Rot) - Trial". When I try to access the workflow definition app I get the message "The operation could not be performed due to missing permission".

What I tried:

1. I assigned my user to all roles (WorkflowAdmin, WorkflowDeveloper, …) in the app configuration (https://help.sap.com/viewer/aa302ee52d3a4420b6cc3ecaaeee2ee7/Cloud/en-US/3805ffa92af64eafb6ceff83716262ba.html)
2. I tried to add a new administrator as it is described in https://help.sap.com/viewer/65de2977205c403bbc107264b8eccf4b/Cloud/en-US/937c3cef72bb101490cf767db0e... but I don't see "Members" in navigation area. Maybe it is because of missing permission with trial account but I don't know.
3. I checked PFCG role permission in backend with transaction SU53 but there is no information How can I get access to test workflow service?

Do anyone have an idea how I can solute this problem?
