Legal obligation to maintain contract employee’s data in SAP HCM

Hi All ,

We have a requirement with our client.

To maintain Contract employees data (for whom payroll runs by thirdparty) in SAP.

(*The employees will be taken from vendor/thirparty to work fr temporary period, and their salary also given by vendor*)

Client is using positive time management for regular employees.

The purpose of using clock In/ Out and reports related to time management of contract employee only.

Please guide us about the legal obligation to maintain contract employee’s data in SAP HCM?
