    Hi,

GOTO SE16—Enter table name VBUK—Press table contents (F7)—GOTO Settings and Field for selection—select Field name BLOCK and enter

In BLOCK enter ‘A’ i.e. Document has been selected for archiving and execute.

    Reward points.

    Regards,

    Govind.

    HI,

Can u tell me what do u mean by archeiving the sales order?

If you want to see the list of sales order created earlier use tcode:VA05 and to change the sales order you may use the Tcode:Va02.

please reward points if you find this usefull.

    Thanking you,

    Best regards,

    R.Srinivasan

    Hi Sunaina Kumar

Can u elobrate it. If u create a sale order using T-Code: VA01.

Then u can change the sales order using T-Code: VA02

If u want to view the Sales Order Use T-Code: VA03

    Reward if useful to u

      Hello Sunaina,

Viewing archived data is possible depending on if you have the relevant archive information structure active, or some type of 3rd party tool such as PBS which has the necessary indices built. Depending on what SAP release you are at, you should be able to view the archived sales order through VA03, IF, there is an active archive info structure. Or, if you are at an older SAP release, you can go to transaction SARI, click on Archive Explorer, enter archive object SD_VBAK, click on execute. If there is an active info structure, you will get to a screen where you can enter the sales order you wish to display. If there is not one available, you will not be able to display the archived order.
