Unable to expand configuration Node FSCM -> Dispute Management in CRM

Hi Experts,

We want to integrate SAP CRM with ISU Dispute Management using FSCM functionality.

We need to configure Case Types in FSCM -> Dispute Management node in CRM SPRO. I getting the error "The substructure does not exist: Expand is not possible" when I am trying to expand the node. We have following system versions:

SAP CRM version: EHP4 FOR SAP CRM 7.0

SAP ISU Version: S4HANA ON PREMISE 1610

I have all necessary Finance related business functions active in CRM system like CRM_CF_1, CRM_CLA_CPM, CRM_FCA_1, CRM_FCA_2, FICA_FSCM_CRM_DISPUTE. Please guide how I can open the displayed node.
