I am trying to implement SSO for a Web Application, I tried using the App Integrator with SAP NW 7.01 and this work fine.

In this moment I am working with SAP NW 7.4 .and I have two doubts:

Implement-application-integrator 7.01

I found this and I can created the Iview.

The only difference is that in 7.3 you create the AI iView in a different way:

Go to Content Administration and navigate to Portal Applications -> -> Generic and select "Copy" from the context menu.

Navigate to the directory for your custom iViews and select "Paste as PCD Object" from the context menu. Give a name, ID and namespace for the iView.

Now I need create a system and Found This:

If you use the "sap" portal component of AI, you should use one of the SAP system templates. In case you use the "Generic" portal component, closest thing to the web application template is probably the HTTP System template. Define the Connection Properties, HTTP Authentication and User Management properties.

In my system I don't found this template:

How can create this type of System ?

Hi Santarshi Samanta

I have created the HTTP System template

System Administration -> System Configuration -> System Landscape -> Browse -> Portal Content -> System landscape.->Right click on System landscape then select New in Context menu

My scenarios is Portal -> BillerDirect Application Integration with SSO

Please give idea on these parameter to create HTTP connection

Authentication Method: ___________

Authentication Type: ________________

Authentication URL:______________________

EnableAuthentication Assistant: _________________

Password Parameter in the URL:_______________________

Permanent Authentication: ______________

User Name Parameter:_______________

Step-by-Step Configuration Guide

In the document of above in the point 3, they use this steps, but with the version 7.4 is different
