SAP HANA restricted user pw policy override

Hello experts,

I am trying to implement on HANA a technical user for a certain application as restricted user. The problem is that I am not able to change the initial password and I wouldn´t change the pw policy setting. I read that there is a possibility for overriding the forced password change policy setting, but I didn´t figure it out how this is to be done. Maybe somebody has encountered a similar issue and has the answer.
