Lumira Connection Refused

Hello Lumira Support:

My client has a problem with the schedule for the refresh of the views, it gives “Connection Refused” error (see image enclosed).

All the indicated ports were enabled and the firewall was turned off. But the error continues.

What else should they do?

    Ivonne - please share version/SP of Lumira and version/SP of BI Platform (e.g. BI4.2 SP04)
