combine verify.pse files, NW2004 SP16 Portal is it possible

Hi, I read OSS note 735639 and under the FAQ section they state there is a tool called SAP Ticket Tool that can be used to combine multiple certificates into one verify.pse file. And that this tool is available from SAP Consulting. We would like this tool because our portal DEV/TSTs ystems point to the same windows domain. When I questioned OSS they responded with this:

"you receive the tool when you hire an SAP consultant to combine multiple certificates. Unfortunately there does not appear to be any other way of obtaining this tool as it does

not appear on the Sap Marketplace website.

Does /has anyone done this and if so how?
