We have our approval tasks setup for a max of 1 escalation. After a week, they timeout and reject. This is expected behavior. Problem is, the manual escalation of the approval is still available on the UI. Since there's only a max of 1 escalation, if someone manually escalates again, it immediately times out and rejects.
While yes, this is expected behavior, is there anyone to remove the manual escalation option from the UI once an approval has already been escalated?
