authorisation in VB01, VB11 and VBN1

Hi,

I need to control creation of listing/exlcusion records on division basis.

I searched for userexit in SAPMV13G, SAPMV13D and SAPMV13N but could not get any. I also searched for any BTE but could not find any.

Can anyone help me on this???

Dear VIbhas,

Controling of one feild or transaction is not give any userexits it is already given in sap system but it is BASIS setting.if you want to maintain you need some basis guys help.

if have idea i will tell you

controling one function is set by user level.to putting this we can restrict the perticular user to access

But I think there is no Userexit for VB01

hi,

there is no need for userexits here, you can control the authorisation on the basis of user ids. ask ur basis person to define the activity (create, change, display, all)that is allowed to each id for these transactions.

I did not make myself clear......I am putting this again...

I have two users belonging to two different divisions. Both should have authorisation for VB01 but user belonging to one division should not be able to create a record for any material that does not belong to his division...how can a control this????

I think this can be done oly with the help of BASIS Person

hi,

even in this scenario your basis person will be able to help u the most. ask them to control authorisations on the basis of the division object.
