To combine multiple orders and create single delivery

    a) The ship-to-party of all sales orders mustbe the same.

    b) The delivery date of all the sales orders must be the same.

    c) The shipping point of all the sales orders must be the same

If all the conditions satisfy then use tcode VL10A to see the list of ales orders due fro delivery select all the sales orders click on background button then system will give group no select that no go to details button then click on edit specify pick qty the click on post goods issue .This way single delivery created for multiple sales orders.

    1) Shipping Point

    2) Delivery Date

    3) Ship to Party

    4) Inco Terms

    5) Route

Use [VL04] to create the delivery.

For having one invoice ensure the following are the same

    Hi Naveen,

It is possible to create from two sales orders to one delivery. From delivery to u can create an invoice.

If the customer allows orders to be combined, order are combined in the outbound deliverys combining items from different sales order is only successful if the items have several common characterstics Ex; same shipping point, date of delivery is due, same ship to party, route and incoterms.

Then finally with ref. to delivery u can create an invoice.

    Hi Naveen

To create one delivery against multiple sale orders, goto VL10C and select the orders you want to execute, provided the following are unique in both the sale orders.

    1) Ship to Party

    2) Transportation Group of material

    3) Shipping Point

    4) Inco Terms

Once you do PGI, goto VF01 and do billing. By this, you can club two sale orders in one delivery and invoice.

    Thanks
