Renaming Business System in SLD?

Hello All,

I'm wondering if there exists an Option to rename a Business System inside SLD. It should be renamed in Receiver Determination, etc. on the Integration Builder as well.

In SLD I could rename a BS with "Administration/Content Maintenance". But what happens to the Directory if I would do so?

Does anybody have any experiences with that?

So it means after reimporting we have to manually change the Business System name in each existing scenario.

Hi Sarvesh,

using the configurator in the Integration Directory will save some time. After reimporting the Business System you let the configurator reconfigure receiver determinates, interface determinations and so on.

Yes. You have to reconfigure the configuration scenarios in the Directory.

Hi Marc,

If you change your Business System in SLD, then there could be an impact on existing scenarios in Directory. Though i am not very sure but be carefull before you make any changes.

Hi,

In the integration directory, we can not rename the business system as it is imported from the SLD.The changes are done in the SLD and the new business system should be reimported into our ID.
