How to restrict survey links on the basis of extension fields

Hi SME's,

We have a requirement to restrict survey. The requirement is to have the extension fields(added from PDI) available as conditions in the routing rules. We are able to add the KUT fields though. Is it possible to achieve this and if yes then how. As, of now standard fields are added as conditions and it is working as expected.

Year, component group and defect code are the ext fields that I want to add as condition

The survey is determined as per the standard rules as:

Does the documentation from the Repository Explorer gives any help here?

Are the KUT fields simply appearing?
Maybe you must set something in the Business Configuration.

Hi Horst,

Ext fields from KUT is also not appearing.

I did not get any help from documentation as well.

Is there any way we can create custom survey and add those fields.

Hi Horst,

Only header fields(root level) I am able to add. and we want item level fields i.e. ext fields in the products tabs. We are not also able to add KUT fields(some internal miscommunication previously). SAP said that this is a new requirement and we have raised an improvement request for the same.
