C4C Data Source with Sales Quote Header and Phone Call/Activities information

Hello everybody,

i have the requirements to transfer phone calls based on sales quotes from C4C to SAP BW.

I see datasources for sales qoutes (CODCQTHB) and a datasource for phone calls (CODPCAHB). But no relation to each other. Just the customer.

Do you have any tips, how can i get this information?

- Which phone calls belong to which sales quote

Hello Dominic,

I hope you are doing fine, we've performed some research on how you can achieve your business requirement and we were able to identify one possible approach you may used in your system.

As you mentioned, these two Data Sources are available in the system, and the only relation they have is the Customer Characteristic. In this case, you may create a Custom Left Outer Join Data Source, using the Customer as the join condition, so you can retrieve data from both Data Sources and transfer this single resulting Data Source to SAP BW.
