SAP Portal 7.3 SP20 - Adding Alias not allowed.

Hello,

We cannot add new aliases to our systems.

As per the screenshot attached, can anyone please help?

We checked for floating aliases and there are none.

All this is happening on the producer portal, do we need to delete/remove the existing alias "D1BCLNT400" present on our consumer portal?

Is it conflicting with the new ones that we are trying to create on the producer portal?
