How to send proforma to specific email id address

Hi, We configure a output type to send proforma to Bill to and its working fine, in additon to that, now business wants to send proform to different team (email address). If we add this specific email address in customer master data, it triggering all documents to this specific email address, but here want to send only one proforma document to this specific email address. Please sugges me on this how we can setup this. Thanks and Regards, VR
