Spool email delay by 4 hours

Hello!

i have defined a printer device in my SAP instance to e-mail with access method "M" and device type PDF1. Any time i use this device it generated the email in SCOT but it always sets a delay of about 4 hours on it. is there anywhere where this is configured?

Hi,

Check the frequency of your sending jobs in SCOT (SCOT => Settings => Send Jobs) and reschedule them to run more frequent if needed,

The rsconn01 Job is currently scheduled to run every 10 minutes. the issue is that jobs sent via the spool device schedule themselves to 4 hours in the future.

example

i send a spool at 1:00pm

SOST shows a send time of 5pm

Hi,

In STZAC Transatcion whether the System Time Zone and User Time Zone are same.

After making sure the Timezones are same , It should work .. If not Please checck and implement this note..

1015628 Documents with status 'Send time is not yet reached'
