File Failed to download files for destination. not found on File Repository Server. (FBE60013)

We have faced the below error for a Publication report :

ERROR [PublishingService:HandlerPool-109] BusinessObjects_PublicationAdminErrorLog_Instance_14836941 - [Publication ID # 14836941] - Distribution to destination CrystalEnterprise.Smtp (To: xxx@xxx.com) failed. File Failed to download files for destination with index [1]. not found on File Repository Server. (FBE60013) [1 recipients processed.] "

We have already checked our SMTP connection and it works fine. Also , this is an existing publication with no changes done. The report however runs fine when run directly . But we have over 100 reports that needs to be sent out and will be difficult to sent out each individually.

We have also restarted all the job servers , Adaptive job server and file repository server.

Please help with this issues. Thanks in advance.
