Configuration of the TNSListener

Hello!

I am currently to install SAP Solution Manager with Oracle on the unix as a second SAP system on the same host.

I had problem during the phase "Install DBA tools".

I am just thinking to continue the old installation or to start from scratch.

If I would like to start from scratch, what are the steps and the order to reinstall the SAP and Oracle?

- reinstall Oracle software

- reinstall SAP

What is better for the new installation of 2 SAP systems with Oracle on the same host on unix?

- TNSLISTENER with the same Port

- TNSLISTENER with two different Ports

Should after the installation some adjustments be done for the following files:

- listener.ora

- tnsname.ora

- sqlnet.ora
