service notification

Hi All

in my process when we create a Sales Order it will automatically create a service notification.but the problem is accidentally one of the user deleted SO .so we tried to create a sales order it is not accepting.

can any body through some light on this how to solve the problem.

Harry,

Check if there is any succeding doc for the SO...Like Invoive would be there...

If yet there is no invoicing done...you will not be having any financial implication..

You can delete notification..

But I think creating new one will be more easy option for you..

Dear Harry,

In SAP onece deleted doc we cant bring back.system will give error only

better process new one .then execute

any how deleted doc data will not upload in accounts it will goes saperate account

so you need not worry about deleted doc.

Hi Harry,

To my knowledge there would not be any financial implications as the service notification document does not carry out any account postings. If youy wish go ahead and delete the service notification

Hi Harry,

Try to create the Sales order by going into change mode of the notification which was created automatically.

Go to IW52 and give your notification number and in the change mode of the notification you can see tab Sales orders. I never worked on this scenario, but try it out.... it might help you in further investigating the issue.
