How to upload CSV file from web dynpro abap (to update tha maste data)

I need to upload CSV file from web dynpro abap to update tha maste data

i try with FM-- ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE (Service call) it Giving

( Error during import of clipboard contents )

Any solution please
