Try CKIS

CKIS has it, but the problem is, it is only for the top level material, you have to select the cost estimate number of all the sub components involved to get the total. Some program may be required. But the data is very much there.

Sridhar,

We are using CKIS now. As you said it is showing up only top material minutes. but business needs to see the total. so i am looking for a way out.

Hi,

In case of using table COEP and transfering datas into Excel or building simple Query based on table COEP it is possible to show all activity minutes.

As selection criterias I propose to use:

- Controlling Area

- Period

- Year

- Ledger ( in case of using Standard Ledger, write always 0 )

- Value type (04 - Actual)

- Object number ( "KLK<i>CoArea</i><b>4-5times zero</b><i>CostCenter</i><u>Activitype</u>" ... example: <b>KLK</b>1111<b>00000</b>99999<b>AT1_M</b>

Hope it helps

Hey,

I am actually looking to pull the minutes from standard cost (routings used in standard cost) of a material. The logic you said looks like it is for actual postings. please correct me if i am wrong

Yes, what I refererred was from current standard cost estimate.

The routing data is stored in PLPO. They have a field PLNNR which is group no. You may get this from MARC table or MAPL.

Sridhar,

I am able to read the group no from MAPL . i checked with the group no in PLPO but couldnt match the data in PLPO to the minutes in standard costing. Any idea?

The value you pick from MAPL should only when the Task list type PLNTY is N which is routing. There can be other values like Q - Inspection plan.

I am able to see them. If i am not wrong, in my situation i need some program which will find the materials under the top material and find their routings from MAPL and pull values from PLPO. Correct?
