Log for offline approval in SRMSERVER 5.5

Hi,

we have activated offline approval in our system and are able to approve the shopping carts and POs offline. In some cases however the approve email does not seem to be posted in the SRM system. I do not find any log where I can see which emails have been posted, and which have not been posted. Is there such a log?

Christine, did you ever resolve this?  Nearly five years later, and we are having much the same issue in SRM 5.0 today.  We have actually figured out why some emails are not being processed, but were looking for some sort of log or alert that an administrator could check to proactively know when such errors occur.

Unfortunately , there is no log available for offline approvals , even i had a look at the coding of the program.

Hi,

we user SRMSERVER 5.5 patch SAPKIBKT07

I can see that there are some OSS notes on the report RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL, but what I would like to know is how I can monitor the emails to ensure that emails do not get lost. Is there any log?

Note 777874 - RSWUWFMLEC does not sends e-mailfor some work items.

Note 1044096 - RSWUWFMLEC: Wrong Emails and/or Bad Performance

Note 1032232 - RSWUWFMLEC: Mails are delayed

Note 967343 - RSWUWFMLEC: One E-mail per User - E-mails not sent

Note 889191 - RSWUWFMLEC: Performance problems

RSWUWFMLEC is not used in offline approval

there is one note 903200 , available for problem tracing in workflow.

please check wether this can be used for offline approval , if you are not sure then you can ask SAP wether this note can be used for problem tracing in offline approvals
