UWL RFC error could not figure out.."RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE"

I have got a UWL in my portal, where I am getting some error. But could not figure out why it is coming.

Would you happen to know if this is related to connection issues?

Error I am getting in UWL:

Key does not correspond to mask: ZZ01/00000/X00/00/00/00 , error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE

Please check in ST22 transaction of R/3 whether RFC is throwing dump.
