The portal has the get support feature where the user can request a reset of their password by validating key information. My question is:
Is there's such a parameter that can be enabled for the check against the fields to do nothing if there's a space character at the end.
Example: If user enters John ( no space after n) . No issues or errors about incorrect information.
However, if user enters John ( followed a space after n) user receives incorrect information.
