How to Send IDoc(Transfer order) Data To Legacy System

Hi

I am New to Abap

I need to send to the Transfer order IDoc -(WMTOID02) data to Legacy System

when ever Transfer order creates(LT03), Data has go to Non- SAP System

plz let me know if there is an standard program

give me one solution with steps please..
