Hey guys,
I'm playing with HANA Express 2.0 which is running HANA 2.0 SPS02. I also have SDI configured with a DP Agent pointing to a Tenant DB called 'HXE'. In the classic XS or HANA Studio, I am able to set up a Remote Source that can use these DP Agents (such as TwitterAdapter, for example..) But I am new to XSA development and from what I can tell, all my HDI Container app DB modules are technically created in the SystemDB database, rather than the Tenant DB (HXE).
My problem with this is that DP Agent does not allow connecting to the SystemDB. Because of this, I cannot create a Remote Source that uses a Twitter Adapter, otherwise I'd just stay in the SystemDB. I've tried Googling and searching SAP Help and HANA Academy videos and I am coming up empty. Am I approaching this wrong?
Basically, I want to use SDI to pull data from Twitter and put an XSA app on top of it.
I figured out the solution. I had to enable the TenantDB for XSA from the XSA Admin Cockpit but then I had to use the Service Broker to set the space to use the Tenant DB.
