Creating HANA instance on AWS from CAL> What access/roles in AWS? What proxy/hosts from SAP CAL?

We're attempting to "Create Instance" for SAP HANA, Express Editon.

The admins for AWS services are asking:

1) What access/roles are needed / required in AWS for the CAL to connect and actually create the instance,etc.

2) from the SAP CAL side are there specific proxy server, servers or IP address ranges that they can expect the CAL > Create Instance from so that they can restrict the requests are only coming from 'SAP CAL'.
