Schedule Workmode (IT Calendar) 403 error in Technical Monitoring Solution Manager 7.2

Hello,

Solution Manager 7.2 -> "Technical Monitoring"-> "IT Calendar"-> "Schedule Workmode"

I am getting 403 error with "Service Can not be reached" while clicking on "Schedule Workmode" in IT Calendar!!

Earlier I fixed 403 error with IT calendar itself with SAP Note # 2501878. Also checked 2415725.

I am almost sure it is related to some SICF service. Anyone knows which service is it?

    Nevermind, I found it. It is a service called 'Workmode_app". I had to activate it.

    Full path :/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/workmode_app.
