HI,

A couple of PM QUERRIES:-

1. DO YOU HAVE SOME THING CALLED AS BOM profile in PM

2. HOW TO DO WARRANTY PROCESSING.

3. plz tell some common setting we do for equipments,funct locations,materials

4. How do we give interface with CAD systems,SCADA systems-Any doc would help.

Hi

For Warranty processing,

1) First you have to create Master warranty(T.code BGM1)

2)Assign Master warranty in Equipment master.

3)Update Warranty counter

For equipment setting

1)Configure equipment category,define business view,define usage period,

Equipment number ranges,status profiles

For functional location setting

1) Create structure indicator

2)Define functional location category
