We are testing MTO strategy. It is a hybrid that has been customized. We are getting the following error when trying to process a delivery from a production order that is being made for a MTO Plant/Branch location.

"A requirement with the speical procurement indicator 'make-to-order' production has been transferred to the availability check. The requirement must, however, contain the number of the respective sales order item. This is not the case."

Was looking through Item Category and Schedule Lnie to see if there is an issue that is related to these. Please let me know if you can help.

It is a copy of Strategy 20 however, these are the field settings:

ReqmtType CusReq - YEK

Reqmtsclass - Y46

Availability - X

Requirements - X

Acct. Assign.Cat. - E

Settlt. Profile - EIS

Other fields are blank from strategy 20.

This is not a copy of startegy 20, there is a cutomised Requirement type and Requirement class and cusotmised settlement profile.

Yes - that is correct. It is not 20. It is customized. Having issues creating a delivery from a production order to a MTO plant location (as a stock transfer). Not able to create delivery with reference to the STO.

Check the requirment type of the sales order item . Is it matching with the startegy assigned?
