Here is our situation:
We have 2 MSS links that enable Managers via ADOBE forms to Change Personnel Data.
These are the "Triggering Events" for two different workflows. The First requires the
approval of a 1 higher manager, and does this in a subworkflow. The second does not require
additional approval and gets routed to an SAP inbox for a processing team to do the requested
PA action. Each of these two has a scenario in the config to route the event to the proper
workflow. This is working correctly for the "Non Approval" required workflow. However, when a
an event is triggered for the approval workflow, it also triggers an additional non approved workitem
starting the other workflow. So we get one trigger starting 2 workflows. All the data (including the ISR
Number) are the same.
This is only happening in our production system, I have not been able to duplicate this in our test or dev
systems.
Anyone have any ideas?
We are using ECC 5.0, OBJ BUS7051, and have utilized SPRO for our customizing Table Entries
