EHS phrase translation uploading from excel sheet - Conversion program

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario in which the phrase text translations in different languages need to be uploaded into the system. The data is available in the form of excel spreadsheets.

In a typical scenario, I would use CG31 to upload the phrases in the system if the data is available in the SAP transfer file format (.DAT).

Is there any standard conversion program available that would convert the excel data into the SAP transfer file format (.dat) for the phrase upload.

Doing it manually would not be feasible at all.

Any help or guidance would be highly appreciated in the regard.

I have almost the same problem, if you know how to convert or you have a program that convet a excel file to .dat (with the structure needed to upload), please help me.
