Appraisal Print error

Dear All,

I am getting the following error in R/3 when i do the appraisal print. I am using the BSP application HAP_DOCUMENT. Except this, the appraisal works perfectly fine.

Adobe Reader could not open 'filename.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)

Please suggest how to resolve it? Am i missing some configurations here.. Should the BADI <b>HRHAP00_SMARTFORMS</b> be implemented ? ADS should be configured?

Hi,

check whether the ADS is configured properly in the system.

It is a prerequisite for the Adobe forms to work in Appraisals.
